Professional and personal confidentiality
Works submitted for proofreading will never be
distributed or sold to third parties. Documents are stored securely
for a limited period of time for the purposes of proofreading or
customer queries following the order, and are then destroyed 30 days after completion of service.
Customer confidentiality is maintained
throughout. Customer details shall never be passed to any third
party unless required by law.
Academic documents
The customer
is responsible for checking their own university's rules and
regulations prior to using these services. The customer agrees that
any comments or feedback given are provided as academic support and
not as professional advice.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that academic work is submitted to the institution on time. When ordering a service within a particular time frame, the student should ensure there is at least a period of 5 work days between service turnaround and submission deadline.
Therefore, in order to maintain professional quality of service, the proofreader may refuse any orders if it is clear that the above conditions cannot be met.
Service submission
If, for any reason, the order is delayed, the
customer can email the proofreader the day following non-delivery.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver work on time, the proofreader cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result
of a delay in submission, for whatever reason.
Discounts and special offers
The proofreader reserves the right to discontinue or change discount schemes or special offers at any time.
Service cancellation and refunds
An order can be cancelled by the client at any time, however deposits are not refundable.
Refunds are only given in exceptional
circumstances and at the discretion of the proofreader.
